How we help

  • Free plugins run on their own. Pro add-ons unlock with a license key on the sites covered by that key.
  • Downloads and license keys are kept on the Easeare account used at checkout.
  • Paid add-ons bought on this site can be refunded within 14 days. An approved refund turns the license off.
  • Write to support@easeare.com with the account email, the product name, and the site address when the question is about a license.
